“When I first moved to Grand Rapids this past summer one of the first things I did was scour the internet for a bike. I’d never much been into biking but friends in the area assured me it’s a fun and practical way to get around town. This is how I stumbled across Sprague and Son’s. This is also how I came into possession of a beautiful blue vintage Schwinn World Sport that has made my transportation around during the warm months an absolute treat. When I went to pick up the bike, Jeremy’s passion for cycling was immediately palpable. He ensured I was comfortable with the mechanics of the bike and that I understand all the features. He even took time out of his day to explain the underlying physics concepts behind a bicycle. His honestly and authentic were also apparent when I accidentally overpaid for the bike by $40. I hadn’t made it 10 min down the road before I got a call from him informing me of my mistake and asking that I come get the money. I would have been none the wiser. This is why I came back for a tune up this year and recommend Jeremy’s services widely to my friends and family. Whether I’m heading to the hospital for a shift or just taking a leisurely trip around the block, this bike has been a reliable and enjoyable way of connecting with the city.
